Non-equilibrium states for a time dependent Hamiltonian

Abstract: We consider an open quantum system with repeated interactions and Kossakowski–Lindblad dissipation.
1. For randomly switching interactions the Hamiltonian dynamics does not produce stationary states.
2. For the open system the stationary states are non-equilibrium and non-quasi-free.
