Abstract: We consider the 2x2 Dirac-type systems. In terms of the coefficients of the boundary conditions, a formula for the rank of the difference of the resolvents is obtained. The Schrodinger operator with point interactions and a complex measure-type potential is also considered. In terms of potential, a sufficient conditions for the sectoriality of the corresponding quadratic form is obtained.
