Abstract: We will continue to deal with the article on nonlinear stability. [[Gerhard Rein, NonLinear Stability for the Vlasov-Poison System-The Energy-Casimir Method, Mathematical Methods in the Applied Sciences, Vol. 17, 1129-1140 (1994)]. Our plan: ✅ to show the positive definiteness of the quadratic part in the expansion of the Casimir functional; ✅ to investigate the continuity of the Casimir functional. |
