Lecture 13. Software for quantum computing

At the last Lecture we talked about programs for working work with quantum computing. First, we looked at how the QisKit library works. It was created by IBM Corporation and is the most popular for creating quantum circuits. Secondly, we looked at the PennyLane library, which is designed to work with quantum machine learning tasks.
