Abstract:
The seminar is devoted to the review of works and memoirs about the historian of mathematics Galina Pavlovna Matviyevskaya. The speakers will be I.K. Zubova (biography and works on local history), I.V. Ignatushina (studies of the legacy of L. Euler), Mahmud Al-Hamza (works on the mathematics of the East), E.A. Zaitsev (works on Western European mathematics), M.F. Gilmullin (about the second edition of the book about V.I. Smirnov), S.S. Demidov, Yu.S. Nalbandyan, A.A. Babaev, V.K. Zharov.
