The Feynman-Katz formula for the Laplace operator with a potential of zero radius in R^3

Abstract: An analogue of local time for a three-dimensional Wiener process will be constructed (in the usual sense, this process does not have local time) and the Feynman-Katz formula for the Laplace operator with a potential of zero radius in R^3 will be proved on its basis.
