Averaging of the optimal control problem for a parabolic equation in the case when control is placed on the boundary of microparticles on which dynamic boundary conditions are set

In the talk will be considered the averaging of the optimal control problem in the case when control is set at the boundary of some microparticles with dynamic boundary conditions. It is assumed that the parameters of the problem take on so-called "critical values", which leads to the appearance of new, time-non-local terms not only in the average equation, but also in the marginal cost functional.
