Аннотация: We will briefly discuss Reeb's theorem. Milnor used this to prove the existence of an exotic 7-sphere. We will propose a generalisation of Reeb’s Theorem in the case of a Morse-Bott function and discuss a proof of it. This is a joint work with Somnath Basu.
