On the regular elements of the semigroup of binary relations

In this paper we give a full description of regular elements of the semigroup that are defined by semilattices of the class, when $Z_{7}\cap Z_{6}\ne\varnothing$. Formulas are derived by means of which the number of regular elements of the semigroup is calculated when it is a finite set.
