Аннотация:
It is shown that the impact parameter
profile of inelastic hadron collisions
is robust to admissible variations of
the shape of the diffraction cone of
elastic scattering. This conclusion
is obtained using the unitarity condition
and experimental data only with no phenomenological model inputs.
