Аннотация: The ternary system water–ethylene glycol–dimethyl sulfoxide (H2O–EG–DMSO) was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry in the temperature range of 188–298 K. In the concentration range from ∼10 to ∼50 mol% DMSO, crystallization or glass formation are not observed when the temperature is lowered to 188 K. Significant supercooling of the solution in this composition range is explained by the existence of spatial networks of H2O and EG.
