An unusual 2D → 3D polythreading framework based on (4)-c sql networks with arms: synthesis, structure and luminescence

An exceedingly rare 2D → 3D polythreading framework based on (4)-c sql networks with arms, [Cd(L)(bipy)₂]_n, has been prepared and characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis, and its solid state luminescence has been examined at room temperature.
