New triazole-containing 7-azacoumarin-3-carboxamides: synthesis and biological properties

Аннотация: New azidomethyl-substituted 7-azacoumarin-3-carbox- amides were converted into the corresponding 1,2,3-triazole hybrids by the copper-catalyzed click reaction with phenyl- acetylene. Cytotoxicity and antimicrobial activity were evaluated, and leading compounds were identified.
