Effect of deferrization on continuous basalt fiber properties

Аннотация: Deferrized glass was produced by the reduction smelting of basalt batch in a graphite crucible at a high temperature. The deferrized continuous fiber has higher glass transition and drawing temperatures, lower crystallization ability and enhanced thermal stability in comparison with those of the original basalt fiber.
