Electrochemical copolymerization-fabricated hybrid photosensitive layers based on poly-3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene and thiophene-substituted nickel porphyrinates
Аннотация:
Photosensitive organic semiconductors usually exhibit low conductivity (photocurrent) and poor film-forming properties, whereas conjugated polymers usually have high conductivity and good film-forming properties but are not photoconductive. With the purpose to unite valuable characteristics of these two materials, hybrid photosensitive layers based on copolymers of poly-3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene (PEDOT) and thiophene-substituted nickel porphyrinates were prepared by electrochemical deposition.
