Chiral-invariant field theory and pionpion scattering

Due to the low-energy theorems, Chiral-invariant Lagrangians otter hope of understanding features of nonrenormalizable field theories and of applying perturbation theory to low-energy reactions which involve pion. Numerical results obtained are in qualitative agreement with empirical data.
